The Sterling Foundation is devoted to providing year-round support to the community of Sterling, Virginia. The center offers plenty of space for activities and events that promote learning, growth, and social opportunities. Every morning, classes have a morning meeting where they communicate with the teacher and classmates and participate in various discussions and activities to foster the acquisition of social-emotional skills. The second step curriculum is comprised of four units that are designed to help children develop their social skills.
